Kathy O'Neill
CEO/Founder
Kathy O'Neill is a well respected brand developer, designer, and textile guru. Kathy started her fashion career early on as the second employee for children's brand Flapdoodles, before it was acquired. Recruited by SPF she created the swimwear line Cabana Life, which was named one of Oprah's favorite things. Her creativity, knowledge, and passion have made her a sought after voice for other brands including Stitch Fix. Over the course of her career she's created the brands Little Creatures, Loop Girls, and now Cavan.
Lucinda Hamilton
Head of Design
Lucie is a fashion industry veteran with over 30 years as a designer and artist creating unique and engaging women's and children's clothing lines. After earning her degree in Studio Design, she started her career as the Design Coordinator for The Villager in NYC. Lucie was recruited by SoFun to be a key member of the design team responsible for the look as direction of the company. Lucie has also held creative and design positions at Charming Shoppers, Heartstrings, KC Parker, and Cozy Toes.

Rob Bathurst
Rob is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and executive with a keen interest in the fashion industry. Rob is currently the Chief Product Officer of a NYC technology company and has previously held leadership positions at Blackberry Cylance and the Mayo Clinic.
