Shipping for Cavan & Company is serviced by UPS. All shipping prices are calculated by weight of the total order and destination. Shipping costs will be clearly added to your order at the time of checkout.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt or order number free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Sample sale, select warehouse items and monogrammed products are final sale.
Refund Policy
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days — issued in the form of the original payment card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
